What are shortfall documents or information required (IR), and when and where do I send them?

Shortfall documents are raised if the documents already sent are insufficient for further validation of the existing claim. The concerned team will further update you through mail once they receive the scanned/soft copy of the documents, which will help to fill in any gaps in the claims process. 

Confirmation mail for claims documents is shared by SecureNow to the policy holder with the deficiency letter raised by the insurer. We request you to please share the documents within 7 days of request. Once your documents are received, the insurer will take an additional 7 to 10 working days to settle the claim, and another 7 to 10 working days to pay.
