Cashless hospitalization can be availed only at network of hospitals. The list of network hospitals

is shared by SecureNow team for your convenience.  

 

  • Intimate SecureNow about your hospitalization.
  • Present your e-card at the hospital during admission along with any other legally accepted identity card. Your e-card can be viewed on SecureNow App which will have all the details required or you may also show your policy document for reference.
  • Note: Avail the benefit of E-claims using SecureNow App. If you are registered user, enter your phone no. & OTP received. If you are a new user, signup first to proceed ahead. Tap on E-cards icons under Policies & claims.
  • Ensure that the hospital sends your pre-authorization form to Medical assistance.
  • You can also view the status of claim if registered through SecureNow App
  • Medical Assistance sends the approval to the hospital. Further enhancement approvals may be issued on request, subject to terms and conditions of the policy.
  • In case the request cannot be approved or if the expenses are not covered by your policy, you will have to settle the hospital bill in full and subsequently raise a reimbursement claim after discharge
  • Note: Denial of a preauthorization request must not be construed as denial of treatment or denial of coverage.
  • After discharge, the hospital will send all the documents related to your claim to Medi Assist for settlement.
