Yes, apart from the soft copy, the insurer would also require a hard copy of the documents for claim settlement. Please courier the hard copy of the documents to Plot 68, Sector 18, Gurgaon 122001.

A standard claim check-list is also shared with the mail. Typically, the insurer does not initiate claim processing without receipt of this minimum list of documents.  After a review of the documents, they may ask for a few more documents to assess admissibility. We suggest that you send the required documents as soon as possible.

After receipt of all desired documents, the insurer takes around 15 working days to settle a claim and another 7 to 10 working days are required for payment.
