Once I send the scanned/soft copy of documents for claim, how do I know it has been acknowledged by the insurer? Print

Once we receive the claim documents, its further shared with the insurer for processing. After a review of the claim documents, they may ask for a few more to assess admissibility. The insurer takes around 15 working days to settle a claim and another 7 to 10 working days are required for payment.
